How do I purchase my ticket?
Simply purchase your ticket from our website www.voodoonewcatle.com.
What happens if I've bought a ticket but then develop symptoms or find out I've been in contact with someone who's tested positive for Covid 19?
We respectfully ask you to inform us as soon as possible so we can cancel your booking. We guarantee to refund tickets or rearrange bookings in this situation. Please be responsible!
Can you explain to me how the sittings/time slots work?
You get an allocated time to be on your table, e.g. 8-10pm. Please ensure you arrive promptly with your full group. Your ticket will be scanned at the front door, you’ll then be seated at your table and you’ll have this area for the allocated time slot. Please leave promptly when your sitting is over so your table/ area can be thoroughly cleaned.
Is it possible to book more than one sitting?
Yeah of course, simply book as many sittings as you like.
Will you be busy?
Capacities are very limited and bookings must be made in advance, so it’s vitally important that you book early to avoid disappointment.
Can we dance?
All customers will be seated and for the safety of yourself and others, will be asked to stay seated.
Will there be live music?
Yes, at most of our venues a live DJ will be present, however music will be played at a reduced volume to comply with COVID regulations.
How do I pay for my drinks?
Most of our venues have apps that you can purchase drinks from, you will have to download the relevant app before arriving at the venue. You’ll be sent information pre arrival, please keep an eye on your inbox and texts
Will we have to queue up outside?
Queueing time should be minimal as we’ve staggered arrival times but if there is a small queue, please remain in your group and maintain a 2 metre gap between the next group
Can I come to your events with more than two households?
As per COVID guidelines, you must ONLY come to our events with a maximum of two households
Can you explain how we track and trace?
Our track and trace system works through our ticketing system. When you purchase a ticket you leave your name, phone number and email address. We can contact you through this if required. Only one person per booking has to give us their details.
Can we move between tables?
We take a strict stance on people moving between tables. Customers should stay seated at their allocated table at all times.
Is there a minimum spend?
No, you can spend as much or as little as you like at each of the venues.
Do we have to wear face coverings?
Face coverings aren’t required whilst sat at your table but shout be warn when moving around the venue e.g. to go to the toilet.
Are there hand sanitation stations at the venue?
Yes, there are hand sanitation stations at the entry and exits of the venues. We also encourage people to wash their hands regularly using soap and water.
How many people are allowed in the toilets at one time?
Each venue will have different allowances on how many people can be in the toilet. We ask you to be responsible and aware of your surroundings.
